If it means anything, I wish you all the best I gave you everything, but you always pushed back Somehow, I'm to blame In another dream, we would see the same, and all our memories wouldn't wash away , All these talks, left us straining These seasons, keep changing, I gave them up for you, but I got half of you, now I'm just another regret I'm trying, I said the same things I want more Deny it, your rescinding all your words I'm trying, I've said the same things I want more I'm trying, to be the one that you adored
2.
After You 02:43
You gave up everything, traded in your life For dreams of better things, but better things all die You grew old yesterday, traded your fists for pride You gave up everything, now your dead inside Let's go this, wide open before we ascend, before we descend Let's go in, with eyes open, before we ascend, before we descend Forgetting the times, your hands were fastened to me Always so strong, but you came undone Feeling alone, fighting so hard to impress Time to let go, its time to come home
3.
I'm sorry, I'm broken, I'll always be outspoken You'll always be that friend in need The last time that we spoke, I wished that you would just choke On all your words and all your greed but I'm always wishing You're trying to reach out, but I've already checked out To all your words to all I've seen The last time, that we spoke, I wished that you would just choke You'll never give what you received But I'm always wishing If time heals everything, I'd give up anything To hold this grudge, to hold this knife If time heals everything, I can't feel anything I'll write these words as my goodbye
4.
I'm tired, hands bleeding, I wish I could believe in, You're a liar Mistreated? I needed you to see me Still hiding, still fighting, where did I go wrong? I know that somethings wrong, still hiding, misguided Where did I go wrong, there's always something wrong Say Something, worth regret, we've got this Say something, worth repeating, we've got this Blindsided, I believed in 3 words that you've been preaching You're a liar, mistreated? I needed you to see me Still hiding, still fighting, where did I go wrong? I know that somethings wrong Still hiding, misguided, where did I go wrong? I've waited way to long It keeps me breathing
5.
Don't tell me times are changing, I'll tell you now it's not enough I've seen you hesitating, while I'm bleeding out And don't tell me I'm frustrating and that you've had enough Cause I'll make this complicated I'm trying, to reach in, but I'll give it all away I'm trying to sink it, I'll throw it all away So don't tell me times are changing and that you've had enough Cause I've always been here waiting We're frozen, mistaken, thinking we can change We're broken, just faking, baby we're the same
6.
Be who you are and say what you feel And picture us worse, so we can fail You'll drive yourself crazy believing, conviction lost all meaning Be who you are and wear your pride And arm yourself and mask your lies Disconnect all feelings, you've never heard my reasons Sometimes the unknown Holds us where we are Swapping seeds for, stones that weigh us, down when we should Grow not wither

about

We created music heavily influenced by early 90's skate punk. During the writing process, Cory and I decided to write an album that represented what we have always aspired to do musically.

Something About Isolation is a small collection of thoughts surrounding personal relationships, faith, isolation, and hardships that we all often face.

The major component fueling this album was our desire to write and perform fast melodic music that people can sing to.
